A nonprofit, mutual benefit organization, Santa Barbara Associates was formed in 1981 to promote and enhance the association of business and professional women. Women of all ages and backgrounds in high-level managerial, executive, professional or ownership positions meet to discuss business or pleasure and to establish networks of communication beneficial to all.
