Santa Barbara Associates is a non-profit mutual benefit organization in Santa Barbara, CA. The organzation was formed in 1981 to promote and enhance the association of business and professional women. Women of all ages and backgrounds in high-level managerial, executive, professional, or ownership positions have a place of their own to discuss business or pleasure over lunch or cocktails, to entertain guests, and to establish network communication beneficial to all.
